XR Sales & Business Development Director
Job Description/Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Director with an exceptional track record to take commercial responsibility for a portfolio of strategic XR accounts across North America. You will define and implement the account strategy for a portfolio of clients with the XR space.
This is a high-visibility position with direct impact on the company’s success.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve quarterly and annual design win and revenue goals
Develop and implement strategic plans for portfolio of accounts
Work in partnership with internal stakeholders
- engineering, product development and marketing
- to formulate business proposals
Develop broad and deep relationships across accounts’ organizations
Gather and channel customers’ input to help drive the company’s product roadmap
Coordinate technical activities in support of account plans
Forecast bookings and billings according to the company’s forecasting cycle
Experience and Skill Set
Proven experience in sales of high-tech products to large accounts with a focus on the XR market
Strong interpersonal relationship skills
Strong communication skills, including ability to communicate with a large range of audience from R&D to C-suite
Ability to work in a team and cooperate across cultures and time zones
Ability to deal with complexity in a fast-moving environment with complex customers’ business and technical needs
Performance driven, results orientated, great attention to detailTechnical background a plus
