[[en]]Although we currently operate a matching platform, we were originally on the AR and virtual character development side as well. However, when we saw the severe labor shortage and information asymmetry in the industry, we created Match XRs to solve the industry-wide bottleneck. We hope that Match XRs will solve the human and organizational problems of all those working in or involved with the XR industry.[[ja]]現在はマッチングプラットフォームを運営していますが、もともとは私たちもARやバーチャルキャラクターを開発する側でした。しかし、業界の深刻な人手不足と情報の非対称性を目の当たりにし、業界全体のボトルネックを解消するために"Match XRs"を作りました。Match XRsが、XR業界で働く、関わるすべての人の人や組織の問題を解決してくれることを願っています。
