Leading transformation for PLM and Virtual Twin software enterprise sales and project delivery across India and Korea portfolios. Functionally positioned as the link between the executive board and sales and project teams. 

  • Performed and facilitated 29 business value reviews of high risk software deals and project deliveries collectively worth $16.01M by aligning internal stakeholders at the director level across corporate, sales, and engineering teams, reviewing client-facing deliverables, and coaching 25 account teams to refine their storyboard presentations, Customer Value Models, KPI models, business case proposals, and budgets. 

  • Prepared and published 29 quality and risk reports for VP and CEO review to escalate complex critical R&D, contract, and pricing risks with actionable recommendations to ensure deal and project Go Live successes. Provided copy editor feedback for non-native English speaking team members’ reports.

  • Developed 8 technical and business enhancements, highlights including an operational efficiency roadmap following my execution of the organization’s first internal workflow process audit, and a new business value review type to serve as critical support for late stage projects with roadblockers.
